Questions & Answers

Q. How long does it take?

A. Usually around ½ hour to 40 mins at the shoot itself.

Q. My dog doesn’t sit still for very long how do I know it will work?

A. Luckily the shots happen in split seconds and there are lots of ways to grab your pets’ attention or distract them long enough to get the image.

Q. Do I have to be there?

A. Not if you don’t want to. We can find a comfy spot in our boarding area for your pet to stay at no charge until you can collect them. We do require a bit of notice for this though.

Q. How do I know what would be better your studio or our home?

A. That depends on a few things. Some peoples’ animals don’t like to travel at any cost so that is one of the main factors.  Another reason is props, your pet may have a favourite chair or an area in your home that you feel their image would not be complete without. Don’t worry if you choose to have the images shot in your home we can still bring wardrobe and lighting if you like!  The images shot in the studio also look more like classic portrait shots. It’s down to personal taste.

Q. I want pictures with my kids & our dog is this possible in you studio?

A. Of course people are welcome! Our studio is designed for animals as we found many studios don’t welcome animals in. This doesn’t mean that people cant be in it. Capturing the magical bond between pets & their people is one of our favourite things to do.
